The second episode of season 3 of Kitchen Nightmare was aired on 2nd of February at Fox in Fox channel was titled as Flamango’s. In this episode, the chef and the most importantly the cynosure of the show; Gordon Ramsay paid a visit to the White House Station in New Jersey where he meets with the Flamangos. When he visited there, Ramsay felt like he had gone to the past time in the rain forests.

The entire restaurant was in a desolate condition and desperately requires some kind of repair work. The condition of the restaurant was so pathetic that it seemed impossible for Ramsay to do any kind of improvements over there. Ramsay had a tough time working with the employees over there. He did change the décor of the restaurant and gave it a new look. He even gave a new name to the restaurant and this in turn made the owner of the restaurant skeptical.
